Free Blood Pressure Checks

Health reports suggest around five million people are living with undiagnosed hypertension (high blood pressure) in the United Kingdom.

The scheme, run by the National Health Service (NHS), detects and then sets up treatment for high blood pressure. Catching heart attacks and strokes early could help to save more than two thousand lives in the next five years.

Note: Starting October 2021, High Street chemists will be offering free blood pressure checks to anyone over the age of forty (40) in England.
