This section explains how to contact the Disability Service Centre to get help. It became the new helpline after the benefit enquiry line closed.
Note: Under government guidance dated the 24th of July 2020, disabled people are exempt from having to wear face coverings due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19).
BENEFITS HELP LINE: The Disability Service Centre operate a disability benefits helpline for carers and disability claimants.
The benefits helpline will give you advice and help you with your enquiry.
You can use the lists of contact information and telephone numbers for a claim that you have already made.
But, you should only use these helplines for queries about an existing or ongoing claim for three specific benefits. They are the Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, and Personal Independence Payment.
