IPC ENQUIRIES: Do you need advice or information about UK pensions and benefits? If so, there are several ways to make an enquiry.

Note: This guide is for making enquiries to the IPC if either you live abroad or you once lived abroad.

You can use the online enquiry form and International Pension Centre email address. But, this method is for general enquiries only.

The IPC also offer advice and information on Twitter using the hashtag @DWPOverseas.

IPC twitter service opens for social matters from Monday to Friday 8am-6pm BST. Remember not to post any personal info online.

You can get a State Pension forecast online. But, you must report changes about personal details by telephone or by postal methods. These would include circumstantial changes to your bank details or your mailing address.

Delayed Pension or Benefit Payments

Those who live abroad may find the payment is due in the same week as a US bank holiday. That means it could arrive at least one day late. The reason for this is because a US company will process these particular payments.
