THE WARM FRONT SCHEME is now closed to new applications.

The Warm Front Scheme provided help for reducing your energy costs but it ended on 19 January 2013.

If you need help reducing your energy costs you can also check what money and other help you may eligible for.

You can also contact the Energy Saving Advice Service to find out what support may be available for improving the energy efficiency of your home or business.

Warm Front Equipment Problems

The Warm Front Care and Repair team are the right people to contact if you have problems with a heating system installed by Warm Front and if it is still covered by their aftercare service.

Warm Front Complaints

In the first instance you should complain to Carillion Energy Services. If you are unhappy with their response, try contacting the Department of Energy and Climate Change by emailing [email protected]

Warm Front Helpline

The Warm Front Scheme ended on 19 January 2013. You cannot apply for it now but existing applications will still be processed. The Warm Front scheme was run by Carillion Energy Services.
